It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that all details, including sizing, colours, and spelling, are correct before approval.

No returns or refunds are available for custom items unless they are deemed defective.

Estimated delivery times will be provided, but delays due to external factors (e.g., suppliers, couriers) may occur.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once they are handed to the delivery service.
